The Client was arrested and charged with Battery after a homeowner’s association dispute turned physical, where the victim alleged that the Client came to her home and pushed her during an argument over homeowner regulations. Attorney Anthony Rickman aggressively worked to convince the prosecutor that the State lacked evidence of the alleged battery and was able to have the Client participate in a diversion program. Upon completion of the program, the Client’s charge is dismissed.
