State vs. OG
The Client, a minor, was charged with two counts of Battery as well as Trespassing in an Occupied Structure or Conveyance after the Client and her two of her family members allegedly broke into the victim’s home and attacked the victim and her sister. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to have the Client enrolled into a Juvenile Mitigation Program and upon completing the requirements of the program, the Client’s charges were dismissed by the State.
