State vs. GA
The Client was arrested for Battery and Criminal Mischief after being involved in a verbal altercation with her partner which turned physical and resulted in the Client allegedly damaging the partner’s vehicle. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately contacted the State to provide proof that the Client was a victim of physical abuse by the alleged victim and the State dismissed all charges within days of the Client’s arrest.
