State vs. ZB
The Client was arrested for Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Mischief after an incident where the Client was involved in a car accident with the Client’s girlfriend, causing damage to the vehicle. Police alleged that the Client intentionally caused the accident due to an altercation with the Client’s girlfriend. Attorney Anthony Rickman provided evidence to the State showing that the alleged victim did not believe the incident was intentional and the State did not formally file the charges and dismissed the case.
