The Client was arrested for Aggravated Battery Great Bodily Harm with a Deadly Weapon after it was alleged that the Client engaged in a confrontation and shot an individual in the knee with a shotgun causing permanent disfigurement. The Rickman Law Firm vigorously litigated the case and upon filing a Stand Your Ground motion the State agreed to dismiss the case.
