The Client was arrested for Aggravated Battery Causing Great Bodily Harm after allegedly striking a family member during an altercation resulting in the family member sustaining a laceration to the head which required significant medical treatment. Within weeks of the arrest, Attorney Anthony Rickman successfully convinced the State to dismiss the charge and close the case upon providing proof that the Client proactively completed anger management counseling.
