Defendant was accused of hitting his ex girlfriend and destroying some of her personal items. After showing the state the many weaknesses in the case the state dropped the charges.

The Client was arrested for Felony Battery on a Pregnant Female. Attorney Anthony Rickman diligently worked and convinced the State not to prosecute the Client and the Charges against the Client were all dropped.

The Client was stopped by a police officer while with her friends at a park and accused of smoking marijuana. The Client and some of her friends were then charged with Felony Possession of Cannabis
