The Client was Charged with two Counts of Sexual Cyberharrassment. Attorney Anthony Rickman succeeded in procuring a dismissal of the charges by the State.

The Client was originally charged with three Felony counts of escaping from law enforcement custody, resisting officer, and battery on a law enforcement. Defense was able to get the State to agree on a diversion program

The Client was arrested for Battery after the Client was involved in an altercation with her spouse and called the police during the incident. The police arrived on scene and arrested the Client as the
