The Client was arrested and charged with Trespassing in an Occupied Structure or Conveyance, Resisting Officer without Violence and Criminal Mischief after the Client was found with his friends in an unoccupied building where it was alleged they entered without permission. Attorney Anthony Rickman convinced the State to allow the Client to enter a diversion program. Once the program is completed, the Client’s charges are dismissed.
