State vs. TC
The Client was arrested and charged with felony Burglary with Simple Battery in Pasco County. Upon initial representation, Attorney Anthony Rickman worked with the State to negotiate that the Client’s felony charge be reduced to a misdemeanor. The State agreed to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor and allowed the Client into a diversion program where the Client’s charge will be reduced upon completion of the program.
