State vs. CB
The Client was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (a third degree felony), Possession of Cannabis Less Than 20 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in Hillsborough County after law enforcement stopped the Client for allegedly speeding and upon smelling marijuana inside the vehicle conducted a search to locate the alleged contraband. Attorney Anthony Rickman presented character reference and background information to the State and convinced the State to accept the Client into a diversion program. All charges were dismissed upon the Client’s completion of the program.
