The Client was charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon,2 counts of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and 1 Count of Shooting at or into a Vehicle. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to convince the State not to file charges on 1 Count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and 1 Count of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and to have the State Nolle Prosse the Other Count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Additionally, the Shooting into a Vehicle charge was also Nolle Prossed. The Client was not convicted of any charges.
