State vs. KC
The Client was arrested for Felony Battery after an altercation that occurred outside a bar in South Tampa. Attorney Anthony Rickman convinced the State to allow the client to enter into a Pretrial Intervention Program and the charge was dismissed against the client upon successful completion of the program.
