State vs. JZ
The Client was arrested and charged with three felonies: Possession of Alprazolam, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana as well as Driving Under the Influence in Pinellas County. Attorney Anthony Rickman immediately provided proof that the Client possessed a valid prescription for Alprazolam and the charge was immediately dropped. Attorney Rickman then presented evidence to the State that the Client performed extremely well on FSEs and did not show signs of impairment and was well below the legal limit and the State reduced the charge of Driving Under the Influence to Reckless Driving. Additionally, the client was not convicted of the two remaining drug charges.
