The Client was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Felony Possession of Cannabis Over 20 Grams, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being stopped by law enforcement for speeding and law enforcement observed and alleged that the Client was under the influence and located marijuana in his vehicle. Attorney Anthony Rickman was able to get the Client’s DUI charge reduced to a Reckless Driving and have the Client participate in a diversion program for the drug charges. Upon successful completion of the program, the Client’s drug charges will be dismissed.
